		<description>thanks beth. I have been trying to regroup, but not very well, considering two midnight runs half way to San Antonio! but yes, I think it's important for me to know how I look to her, and also taken in stride w/ the fact that she's a young teen!</description>

		<description>As much as it can sting, it is good to be made aware every now and then how we are being perceived by those closest to us. Try not to take what your daughter said too hard, though--unfortunately, part of being a mom is guiding kids so that they stay on track...something they may not always appreciate until they are grown and parents themselves.

		<description>yeah, it makes me sad. I know she has hit the teen years, but....I did find a mom's devotional book that I will spend time with this week. hopefully it will help point me in the right direction. that and the adage that "absence makes the heart grow fonder...."</description>
